Job Title: Moulding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Moulding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the production unit, you will be responsible for ensuring moulds are manufactured in line with the schedule.

The successful applicant will work closely with the production manager and be responsible for liaising with them for machine setup, performing daily tasks required in production, and maintaining quality control standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manufacture moulds according to schedule
  • Liaise with production manager for machine setup
  • Change patterns on the machine
  • Inspect moulds for quality
  • Place cores in moulds after inspection
  • Perform general clean-up of moulding area and safe storage of patterns

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in moulding or core making (ideal but not essential)
  • Mechanical understanding
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Motivated attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work in a team

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
