Job Title: Head of Application Platforms

Ventia is a leading infrastructure services company, operating across Australia and New Zealand.

The Head of Application Platforms plays a crucial role in managing and developing Ventia's enterprise systems. This position requires a deep understanding of technology and the standardized processes Ventia values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a significant portfolio of applications at Ventia
  • End-to-end ownership of the platforms across the complete lifecycle
  • Management and strong engagement with Business Stakeholders
  • Building and overseeing operational processes across Application Portfolio
  • Managing vendor relationships and performance
  • Managing financials associated with both technology delivery, operations and licences

Requirements:

  • Experience managing platforms end-to-end with a strong technology background
  • Leadership experience in roles covering similar Technology functions in large complex organizations
  • People leadership experience, with experience building high performing teams and enabling staff to elevate their performance
  • Vendor/stakeholder relationship management and proven track record of driving outcomes
  • Experience across SAP Systems such as SAP ERP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, BTP/Flex Edge, and other customer-facing applications is preferred
