We are seeking an experienced Head of Enterprise Project Management Office to lead our team in providing strategic portfolio guidance, governance, and standardized processes to support ongoing monitoring, management, and prioritization of our organization's strategic portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Executive Management Group during annual strategic and operational planning and budgeting, providing consulting around project delivery, design approach options, and costs.
  • Accountable for developing a project portfolio for the organization, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and resource requirements with overall business strategy and objectives.
  • Maintain a project governance structure that supports the smooth delivery of projects.
  • Facilitate coordination between and among projects, ensuring that projects are effectively integrated, and interdependencies managed.
  • Regularly report progress to the firm's Chief Operating Officer and leadership, escalating issues and providing recommendations.
  • Develop a EPMO Operating Plan and drive the team to deliver on the plan.
About You

We are looking for an individual who has worked in a fast-moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity. You will have already operated at the Head of Projects, ePMO level, currently or in the past. Ideally, this experience has been within a small, mid-sized Financial Services business.

  • Proven experience in EPMO/Portfolio management coupled with business-focused delivery expertise
  • Project Management/PMO qualifications - PMP/PRINCE2/P3O certification (adventitious)
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships and managing outsourced providers
  • Proven experience in both Business Change and Technology implementations
  • Experience in Financial Services is a MUST
