About the Role:
InvoCare is seeking a skilled Memorial Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Multicultural Unit, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales to families in anticipation or at the time of need for memorialization of their loved ones.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of cremation and burial sites, products, and services while respecting individual family's needs and wishes
- Presentation of product and service options to clients with sensitivity and to achieve sales targets and expectations
- Providing exceptional customer service by responding to general enquiries in the park such as memorial look-ups, raising work orders for maintenance of sites, and at all levels of contact with external and internal customers, by telephone and face-to-face
- Effective communication with competency in spoken and written English, Thai, Cambodian, and Vietnamese
Requirements:
- Strong marketing and networking ability
- Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to display compassion and empathy
- Fluency in Thai, Cambodian, or Vietnamese and English
- An ability to conduct training sessions for small groups
- Good computer literacy skills
- An appreciation of the sensitive nature of a sales program in the cemetery/crematoria industry
- Ability to remain confidential and discrete
- A smart and commercial approach
