About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Sales Consultant to join our team at InvoCare. As a Community Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales by being the expert on our sites, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients and their families
  • Provide expert advice on our products and services, ensuring that our clients receive the best possible solutions for their needs
  • Work closely with our Memorial Parks team to ensure seamless delivery of our services
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our sales revenue
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the funeral services or cemetery and crematoria industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Fluency in English, with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good computer literacy skills, with experience using CRM software
