Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced High Voltage Protection Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing protection schemes for high-voltage substations, transmission, and distribution networks.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop protection schemes for HV/MV substations, transmission, and distribution networks.
  • Prepare and review relay protection settings, logic diagrams, and scheme drawings in compliance with AS/NZS standards.
  • Carry out protection coordination studies, short circuit analysis, load flow, and stability studies using industry software (ETAP, PowerFactory, DigSILENT).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
