
Strategic Partnership Builder

We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer relationships, driving technical and business alignment, and developing strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Own and manage the customer relationship, serving as the primary point of contact for strategic engagement and long-term value realization.
- Technical and Business Alignment: Partner closely with the Account Technology Strategist (ATS) and broader account team to drive technical and business alignment, with a strong emphasis on AI-led transformation.
- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with customer business objectives and support multi-year digital transformation goals.
- Pipeline Generation: Drive pipeline generation through customer engagement, relationship development, and identifying opportunities using digital signals and insights.
- Relationship Development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level business decision-makers (BDMs), becoming a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial Negotiations: Lead commercial negotiations, including pricing strategy and contract discussions, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and business goals.
- Cross-Functional Team Orchestration: Orchestrate cross-functional virtual teams, including technical specialists, partners, and services, to deliver integrated solutions and drive customer success.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience working in a relevant industry and/or driving digital transformation OR equivalent experience.
- Account Management Experience: Account management experience; developing and overseeing the execution of account plans.
- Industry Expertise: Experience working within an industry (e.g., Government, Education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).
- Leadership Skills: Experienced in leading/orchestrating diverse virtual teams. Experience in being the trusted advisor to executive-level business decision makers.
