Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead our team in delivering successful integrations and implementations. As a key contributor, you will collaborate with technical experts to drive complex projects forward.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new integrations, manage enhancements, and oversee platform upgrades.
  • Translate customer requirements into effective technical solutions using business standards and methodologies.
  • Provide technical oversight and mentorship to junior developers, including comprehensive system testing.
  • Lead customer-facing workshops for project scoping and other complex technical engagements.
About You

As a hands-on leader, you inspire your team with a strong work ethic, enjoy sharing knowledge, and foster growth and collaboration. You possess a passion for integrations and have proven experience as a ServiceNow Implementation and/or Integration Developer.

Requirements

Hold current Australian Citizenship to gain required government security clearances. Possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform, particularly IntegrationsHub. Relevant certifications, such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, are desirable.
