Overview
A senior ServiceNow architect is needed to join a consulting team.
The Solutions Architecture team collaborates with clients and internal teams to create advanced designs and architectural visions for complex solutions.
Your work will span multi-technology services that cover application software, infrastructure, and related technology components, including presales requirements as well as technical delivery.
You will bring broad experience with the ServiceNow platform, deep knowledge of ITOM and CSM modules, and an understanding of how to apply AI within ServiceNow to help clients.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the architecture of ServiceNow solutions.
  • Advise clients on how to best use the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop solution blueprints.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Leverage ServiceNow's automation capabilities to streamline IT processes and improve service delivery.
  • Establish and enforce governance standards, policies, and procedures for ServiceNow platform usage.
  • Monitor platform performance, conduct audits, and implement improvements to optimize ServiceNow operations.
  • Develop various personas and create a strategy for user experience.
  • Integrate AI into ServiceNow solutions.
Qualifications
  • Extensive experience as a ServiceNow architect.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions in large-scale enterprises.
  • Experience in conducting presales activities within a systems integration or consulting environment.
  • ServiceNow certifications.
  • At least 3 successful implementations of ServiceNow.
