{"The Role": "We are seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join our expanding team in Sydney's CBD. As a Senior Strata Manager, you will be responsible for managing a small portfolio of Strata schemes, providing exceptional service to owners and committees, and working closely with our dynamic director to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Liaise with Owners Corporations as required
* Prepare budgets, meeting agendas, and minutes
* Attend and chair meetings (AGM, EGM, SCM)
* Draft and issue breach of by-laws letters and formal notice to comply
* Assist with the management of junior staff members

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in Strata Management
* Excellent Communication Skills
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
* High level of computer skills
* Ability to fit into a bright and bubbly team
