About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of cutting-edge building management solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned developer to join our team and contribute to the creation of innovative, globally scaling technology that blends software, hardware, and the cloud.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java programming, experience working on enterprise-scale projects, and excellent problem-solving skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, enhancing, and maintaining high-quality Java enterprise applications.

You will work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and product/project owners to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet specifications.

As a technical leader, you will mentor developers, break down complex tasks, estimate effort, and conduct thorough code reviews.

You will also drive adoption of best practices, maintain high coding standards, and continuously refine development processes.

Your contributions will help shape the future of smart buildings and improve the way communities live and work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality Java enterprise applications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine requirements and ensure solutions meet specifications
  • Mentor developers, break down complex tasks, and conduct code reviews
  • Drive adoption of best practices, maintain high coding standards, and refine development processes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Developer Associate, Azure Developer Associate)
  • At least 3 years of professional software development experience, ideally in enterprise-scale projects
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming, experience working on legacy Java web applications and modern J2EE development
  • Proficient with Servlets, JSP, JSTL, and MVC frameworks (e.g., Struts, Spring MVC)
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies
