Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

This role requires a strong SAAS industry background with proven track record in sales, particularly in the payroll, workforce management or HR solutions industry.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading SAAS provider with a market leading payroll solution offering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Identify and prospect new business opportunities through networking, lead generation activities etc Work along with leading partners in the region. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of the new payroll product.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • MARKET RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities and strategies. Gather and analyse feedback from clients and prospects to continuously improve our sales approach and product offerings.
  • COLLABORATION AND REPORTING: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall company goals. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations to management.
