Job Description

As an Insurance Pricing Expert at SafetyCulture, you will play a critical role in shaping the pricing strategy for our insurance products. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement pricing models that align with our business objectives and ensure competitiveness in the market.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining pricing models that accurately reflect market conditions and customer needs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
  • Analyzing data to inform pricing decisions and optimize revenue growth
  • Communicating complex pricing concepts to stakeholders and ensuring transparent pricing practices
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes that impact insurance pricing

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in insurance commercial lines pricing or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA, Python, R, and SQL, with experience working with large datasets and statistical models
