As a key member of our team, you will provide consistent and reliable contract support to our clients. Your expertise in contract administration will contribute to positive outcomes and alignment with project goals.
Responsibilities:- Provide contractual support across all phases of the project.
- Administer contracts on behalf of our clients, including contractor, OEMs, and consultancy agreements.
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, draft contract notices and letters, and administer contract obligations.
- Assist with contract changes and updates, including assessing and formulating claim responses in collaboration with project teams.
- Support the payment claim process and keep clear and well-organised contract records via a contract management system.
- Identify potential risks and recommend practical responses, and offer guidance on contract requirements and compliance.
- Experience as a contract administrator, preferably administering contracts on behalf of a client.
- Preferred background in energy, mining, construction, or related sectors.
- Experience with contracts and major supply manufacture equipment contracts is advantageous.
- Ideally 8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and organise work effectively.
- Comfortable working across different systems and adaptable to new ways of working.
- A solutions-focused mindset, open to new approaches.
- Excellent clear communication skills.
- A team player who enjoys contributing to shared goals.
