About This Role:

We are seeking an IT Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (0.6 FTE). The successful candidate will work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • End User Support Troubleshooting: Provide timely and effective support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related queries;">
  • Infrastructure support: Assist in the management and support of on-premises IT equipment & network infrastructure;">
  • Routine IT Tasks: Monitor system alerts, perform health checks on end users devices and systems, as well as audits and reporting of user accounts across systems and applications;">
  • Projects and Communication: Assist in IT projects such as equipment refresh, new system provisioning and infrastructure projects.">
