Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance team at our Fremantle office. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across our commercial operations.

About the Role

  • Monitor and analyse key commercial metrics, including sales performance, profitability, and cost structures, to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and risk management, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts analysis on financial and other performance data against budgets and provides feedback to senior management.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure alignment on commercial goals and objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to support business objectives and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial, financial or business management role preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in pricing, profitability analysis, and cost management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
