Commercial Financial Specialist

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded professional to join our team.

This role suits a passionate and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to contribute to the financial success and strategic direction of the business.

As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering insightful financial analysis, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across commercial operations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyse key commercial metrics, including sales performance, profitability, and cost structures.
  • Work with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and risk management.
  • Conducts analysis on financial and other performance data against budgets and provides feedback to senior management.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, operations and finance teams to ensure alignment on commercial goals for rendering & protein business unit.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams to support business objectives.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial, financial, or business management role preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing.
  • Strong financial acumen with expertise in pricing, profitability analysis, and cost management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team.
