Job Description:

The Head of Emergency and Critical Care is directly involved in treating emergency and critical cases while overseeing the department's support, guidance, teaching, leadership, and representation. This role also involves input into department structure and management, as well as facility and equipment development.

Team Structure:

The ECC Department comprises 14 permanent emergency veterinarians, 4 ECC-specific interns, and 11 permanent ECC nurses, supported by a group of casual team members. The team works closely with a veterinary ECC Manager, ensuring a collaborative environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading this dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
