Emergency Medicine Specialist Lead

The role involves leading the Emergency and Critical Care team, focusing on providing high-quality intensive and critical care to patients. As a specialist in emergency medicine, you will be responsible for case management, supporting and educating the team, and representing the department.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional with experience in ECC and leadership skills. You will work closely with the veterinary ECC Manager and collaborate with other specialist teams to optimize patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Foster a positive team environment by promoting collaboration and open communication among team members.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and research in ECC, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of best practices.
- Contribute to the development of the facility and its equipment, ensuring that we remain a leader in the field.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing valuable insights into our operations and patient care.
