Job Title: Store Sales Team Member


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Sales Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.


Key Responsibilities:



  • To provide excellent customer service and ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
  • To maintain a high level of product knowledge and be able to communicate this effectively to customers.
  • To drive sales growth by utilizing effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
  • To maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the stockroom and display areas.
  • To work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet business objectives.

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with cash handling and EFTPOS procedures is desirable.
  • Stock handling, replenishment, and merchandising knowledge is also desirable.
  • Previous supervisory experience is not essential but is advantageous.
