Job Title: Retail Team Member

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for every shopper.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver top-notch service.
Requirements
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with a passion for the outdoors.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Previous retail experience is a bonus, but not essential - we provide comprehensive training.
