About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
  • Use your initiative to enhance bid processes and contribute to the development of compelling proposals.
  • Compile and analyze data to ensure consistency and accuracy in tender submissions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary information and ensure timely submissions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in bid coordination, ideally within the construction or government sectors.
  • Familiarity with government tender processes and related documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and within a team.
