This role involves collaborating with technical teams to support studies related to electromechanical equipment for dams, hydropower plants, and hydraulic structures.
The selected candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication between local stakeholders and global engineering teams. This includes coordinating activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
The responsibilities of this position include:
- Acting as the primary technical point of contact for clients on matters related to the design of hydraulic structures.
- Leading or supporting the development of technical studies locally, including preparation of reports, calculation notes, and technical memos.
- Reviewing and validating specific project deliverables as required.
- Participating in and leading internal and external technical meetings with clients and partners, addressing technical, administrative, and contractual matters in coordination with the Project Manager.
- Organizing and contributing to technical workshops related to project topics.
- Coordinating effectively between client requirements and global engineering teams, distinguishing which topics can be handled locally and which require input or validation from central engineering teams.
Key qualifications for this role include:
- A Master's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in hydropower design.
- Over 10 years of experience as an electrical expert for electromechanical equipment or a mechanical expert for hydromechanical components.
- Strong communication skills and a good understanding of client expectations.
