Key Responsibilities:

- Provide telecommunications technical support and direction for an extensive and complex network and collaborative telecommunications environment.">
- Develop internal innovation, business case compilation, and project development with a specific focus on requirements gathering, analysis, and design within the telecommunications field.">
- Support and maintenance against agreed service levels across a complex geographically diverse team, and experience in reporting against these service levels and project progress.">
- Write or contribute to policy, procedures, and local ICT standards.">
- Knowledge and experience of procedures relating to change, incident, and problem management within an environment comparable to NSW Health.">
