Project Management Role

Are you a seasoned professional with expertise in managing projects from inception to completion? Do you have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients?

As a Project Manager at our organization, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, and ensuring seamless execution. Your strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Manage and coordinate project activities, including site meetings, tender briefings, and information sessions
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, supervisors, and operations management
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and organizational quality expectations
  • Comply with key performance indicators (KPIs), including financial, safety, and quality targets

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree and diploma in Project Management or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar project management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction, mechanical, and civil processes
  • Proven client relationship and team leadership experience
