ROLE: Technical Project Team Lead (L3) / PM /w project co-ordination experience

LOCATION: Perth, WA

DURATION: Full-Time | Hybrid

This is more of a "field tech system L2+" as the primary function with project management coordination (PMC) as a secondary deliverable

About the Role

We're seeking a Level 3 Technical lead with ITIL and Managed Services exposure. You leading as a subject matter expert to oversee and deliver client-facing projects. You'll manage the full end-to-end project lifecycle, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with our standards and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects using PM framework.
  • Develop project plans, manage risks, and maintain scope and budget alignment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients for scheduling, updates, and reporting.
  • Provide weekly status reports and escalate issues where necessary.
  • Mentor junior delivery staff and support continuous improvement.
  • Support technical scoping, costing, and delivery planning.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in technical project management (MSP environment is essential)
  • PMC, PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent certification
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS, M365, hybrid environments).
  • Proven experience in a senior technical role within an MSP.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring.
  • Advanced troubleshooting abilities and a thirst for continual learning.
  • Experience with solution design, architecture, and project management
  • Strong understanding of ITIL, service delivery, and core IT systems (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, VOIP, VMware)
  • Proven team leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
