Job Title: Senior Project Manager

This role offers the opportunity to lead projects across various industries, utilizing contemporary project management methodology.

  • Perform a variety of project management tasks, including services ranging from project inception to completion.
  • Complete assigned tasks on projects, overseeing tasks assigned to Project Managers/Assistant Project Managers.
  • Coordinate project programming/scheduling tasks using proprietary tools.
  • Manage all cost control and budgetary requirements on assigned projects.
  • Monitor project quality, risk and compliance, developing project plans, risk and issue registers, and compliance reporting.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentoring and constructive feedback to Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting.
  • Foster strong communication and stakeholder relationships.
  • Coordinate project/client meetings.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Possess tertiary/TAFE qualifications in Construction Management, Project Management, Urban and Regional Planning, Architecture, Engineering or Property Development (or similar), or a trade background.
