  • Help junior team members interpret success metrics, work with customer awareness, and develop deep knowledge of product features and business problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of experience/proficiency or combination of education and experience.
  • Experience presenting to multiple layers of an organization, including executives.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Experience being involved in the sales cycle and conducting customer interviews.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Proven ability to plan and deliver products in an agile environment.
  • Demonstrable ability to gather and transform product feedback into actionable requirements.
