Pharmaceutical Representative Opportunity

This role focuses on promoting pioneering therapies for complex blood disorders to healthcare professionals in NSW.

As a Haematology Patient Journey Partner, you will build and maintain strong relationships with key Hematology stakeholders, including oncologists and other respective healthcare professionals/practice staff.

You will work closely with a supportive team, driving towards goals for patients while contributing to the advancement of groundbreaking therapies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Haematology products to healthcare providers within an assigned territory in NSW.
  • Develop territory plans to maximise opportunities to create value for stakeholders and contribute to business growth.
  • Build long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Review customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels and ensure regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, and participation in industry events.
  • Provide expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of treatments.
  • Collaborate internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and provide a great customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics and improve outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years or equivalent level of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity.
  • Significant experience and knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders within the Haematology/Oncology area.
  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within (and at times, outside) the assigned territory.
