
Haematology Specialist

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting innovative blood disorder treatments to healthcare professionals. This dynamic position requires a strong understanding of Haematology and Oncology landscapes, including treatments and clinical data in this therapeutic area.
Key responsibilities include:
- Promoting our exciting portfolio of Haematology treatments to key stakeholders within an assigned territory in NSW.
- Developing and executing territory plans to maximise opportunities for patient outcomes and business growth.
- Building strong, long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Reviewing customer engagement metrics to optimise communication channels and ensure regular engagement with target customers through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, dinner presentation meetings, clinic/practice luncheons, and participation in industry events.
- Providing expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our treatment.
- Collaborating internally with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and great customer experience.
- Monitoring and analysing territory performance, market trends, and competitor activity to adjust strategies/tactics and improve outcomes.
- Gathering valuable insights from customers and effectively communicating them to the internal team to help validate and define strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate demonstrates passion for patient outcomes, enterprise-level thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset with an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical industry. Key qualifications include:
- Bachelor's degree (or relevant diploma) in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity.
- Launch experience is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the Haematology/Oncology landscape and its stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
