The Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to promote pioneering therapies for complex blood disorders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for advancing healthcare solutions.

You will play a pivotal role in promoting our portfolio of Haematology treatments to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships with key stakeholders and creating meaningful solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Promoting our Hematology product to healthcare providers within an assigned territory.
  • Developing and executing territory plans to maximise opportunities and create value for our stakeholders.
  • Building long-term relationships with oncologists/haematologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Reviewing customer engagement metrics and optimising communication channels.
  • Providing expert knowledge on the clinical data and benefits of our treatment.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and great customer experience.
  • Monitoring and analysing territory performance, market trends and competitor activity.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a specialist pharmaceutical representative or in a similar capacity.
  • Launch experience and significant knowledge in the Haematology/Oncology landscape are desirable.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare system and the role of multiple stakeholders is essential.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage external stakeholder requests.

This Sydney-field-based role will cover a defined territory within NSW. A valid driver's licence and eligibility to live and work in Australia are necessary.
