Role Overview

This is a senior position in commercial property management, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a portfolio. The role involves managing a diverse range of responsibilities, from financial planning and budgeting to stakeholder engagement and customer service.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high levels of quality and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Prepare and manage property budgets and outgoings, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for landlords, tenants, contractors & bodies corporate, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of a commercial property portfolio, including lease renewals, rent reviews, terminations, and make-good processes.
  • Risk Management: Conduct regular inspections and identify potential risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them and ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the accounts team to deliver accurate reporting and financials, and collaborate with other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property management is required, preferably with a strong background in finance and operations.
  • Strong Financial Acumen: Excellent financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Problem-Solving and Adaptability: A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
