Senior Commercial Property Manager Opportunity">This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. As part of a well-established national property agency, you will work with clients to manage day-to-day operations, lease administration, and contractor management across the portfolio.Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a portfolio of commercial properties ensuring smooth operations and high-level customer service to clients.
  • Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders to ensure successful property management.
  • Administer leases, rent reviews, renewals, and arrears management in accordance with legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management across the portfolio to ensure high-quality services.
  • Prepare financial reports and budgets providing strategic advice to clients on property management and development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial property management at a senior level.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial property law, lease administration, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Certified Real Estate Agent or equivalent qualification.
