We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to take on a challenging role in our property management team. As a Senior Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, driving financial performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial properties with responsibility for lease renewals, rent reviews, and tenant onboarding.
  • Oversee budgets, outgoings, and financial reporting to landlords.
  • Conduct regular inspections and proactive maintenance coordination with contractors and service providers.
  • Lead negotiations for lease events and deliver rent and rebate reviews.
  • Drive tenant satisfaction through excellent relationship management and responsive service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years' experience in commercial property management, with demonstrated ability managing industrial portfolios.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven financial management skills (budgets, P&L oversight).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of relevant legislation, lease structures, and compliance requirements.
