Return to Work Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support clients in their journey back to employment and life after injury or illness.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, provide psychometric testing, and interventions for individuals facing mental health barriers to employment.
  • Perform vocational evaluations, transferable skills analysis, and recovery planning.
  • Deliver case management services to help injured workers return to work.
  • Evaluate and report on psychological functional capacities, including comprehensive assessments.
  • Making recommendations on the impact of mental health and medical conditions on work ability.
  • Create detailed case notes and reports.
  • Support veterans' psychosocial, medical, and return-to-work goals.
  • Offer adjustment to injury and vocational counseling in-person and via phone.

Working with adult clients from diverse backgrounds to provide tailored support.
