We are looking for passionate graduates who want to make a real difference in the lives of those they treat to join our two-year Graduate Program.
You will work with a team of dedicated allied health professionals, supporting clients on their journey to return to work and life after physical or psychological injury.
As a Graduate Rehabilitation Counsellor, your responsibilities will include:
Providing initial assessments, psychometric testing, and brief interventions for job seekers with psychosocial and mental health barriers to employment.
Performing vocational assessments, transferable skills analysis, and recovery support.
Conducting initial assessments with injured workers and case management for return to employment.
Assessing and reporting on psychological functional capacities, including comprehensive assessments.
Making recommendations on the effects of mental health and medical conditions on work ability.
Writing detailed case notes and reports.
Supporting veterans' psychosocial, medical, and return-to-work goals.
Providing adjustment to injury and vocational counseling in-person and via phone.
Working with adult clients from diverse socioeconomic, educational, psychosocial, and cultural backgrounds.

What we're looking for in our future graduates:
A degree in Master of Rehabilitation Counselling.
Eligibility for ASORC or RCAA accreditation upon graduation.
Graduated in the last 12 months or graduating in 2025.
Willingness to undergo a pre-employment national criminal check.
Full Australian working rights, a full driver's license, personal vehicle, and comprehensive insurance.
