About the Role

The Valuer's Assistant position plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless job execution.

Working under the guidance of the Principle Valuer, this role will provide vital support and assistance with data collection, evaluation, analysis, site visits, research conduct, and report preparation.

  • Draft valuation reports and fee proposals creation
  • Exceptional customer service delivery via phone and email
  • Valuation systems management including valuations and quotes registers, sales database
  • Bank valuations platform (ValEx) management
  • Data entry tasks
  • Proofreading valuation reports to ensure high presentation standards
  • Fee invoice raising and account reconciliation
  • Ordering online Title Searches and Plans, conducting various property searches
  • Providing general support to valuers during field assignments for advanced report writing
  • General office administration duties
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in administrative roles
  • Experience in valuation, real estate, or related disciplines is highly desirable
  • An exceptional attention to detail. Accuracy is a critical aspect of this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF)
  • Good understanding of accounting software, preferably Xero
  • Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and can-do attitude
  • Prioritization management and excellent time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously when valuers are in the field
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
