We are currently seeking experienced and resilient support professionals to fill a Disability Support Practitioner role within our organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personalised support services to clients, encompassing assistance with daily living tasks, medication administration, manual handling, and transportation.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, empowering them to achieve their goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of professional Behaviour Support experience or lived experience is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must embody our core values of Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious, and Courageous.
  • Availability across a range of shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons, evenings, and awake overnights.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum) is mandatory.
