Clinical Research Associate Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Clinical Research Associate in a globally recognized clinical research organization. You will have the chance to make a positive impact on human health and develop your career in a values-driven environment.

The Clinical Research Associate will play a vital role in the management and monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring the smooth operation of clinical studies from initiation through to close-out.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Management & Monitoring
  • Study Progress & Documentation
  • Site Feasibility & Investigator Recruitment
  • Safety Reporting

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum degree qualification and at least 2-3 years of independent on-site monitoring and site management experience.

You will require extensive knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and SAE reporting, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a project team and matrix environment.
