Job Title: Gas Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Operations Manager to lead our team in Western Australia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a team lead in Mains and Service Gas Installation, with strong leadership skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and support to the Gas team
  • Foster collaborative relationships with crews, management, and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute replacement program works while ensuring safety, compliance, and quality standards
  • Demonstrate safety leadership and report workplace hazards, risks, issues, and incidents
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a team lead in Mains and Service Gas Installation
  • ATCO ML/SL 1&2 Accreditation highly desirable
  • Construction White Card
  • Driver's Licence
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical examination
  • Strong attention to detail and understanding of OHS requirements within the Civil industry
