Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to coordinate and provide on-site/on-call assistance to end-users within our desktop computing environment. This role requires timely and accurate delivery of optimal service.

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Level 2/3 desktop support.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10 or 11 Admin troubleshooting, including Intune, cloud, and thick build machines.
  • Ability to keep up with Windows App and Update release information.
  • Experience in supporting MS Teams issues, including video, audio, and performance.
  • Troubleshooting skills for general performance issues and laptop hardware problems, such as monitors, mice, headsets, and phones.
  • Office license management and troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policies, with PowerShell scripting expertise.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical groups and resolve issues remotely.
  • Good client management and communication skills.
  • Understanding of browser support and Chrome/Edge management via GPO.

Basic knowledge of:

  • Active Directory.
  • Exchange.
  • Apple OS.
  • SCCM.

**Qualifications:**

  • At least two of the following certifications: PC/Laptop OEM Maintenance Certification, CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) certification in the desktop area, or Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Certification.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in a similar role.
