Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Venue Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our food and beverage departments.

Developing and Maintaining Operational Plans:

You will be responsible for developing and managing all financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans and actions for Food and Beverage departments. This includes maintaining a positive cost management index for kitchen and restaurant operations and utilizing budgets to understand financial objectives.

Leading Food and Beverage Teams:

You will supervise and manage employees, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. You will also oversee all culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations, creating and nurturing a property environment that emphasizes motivation, empowerment, teamwork, continuous improvement and a passion for providing service.

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service:

You will provide excellent customer service, responding quickly and proactively to guest's concerns. You will also drive alignment of all employees, team leaders and managers to the brand's service culture, setting service expectations for all guests internally and externally.

Managing and Conducting Human Resource Activities:

You will provide guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. You will also conduct performance reviews in a timely manner, promoting both Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door policies.

Additional Responsibilities:

You will comply with all corporate accounting procedures, analyze information and evaluate results to choose the best solution and solve problems. You will also drive effective departmental communication and information systems through logs, department meetings and property meetings.
