About the Role

The Department of Justice and Community Safety is seeking an ICT Release Manager to provide critical support to Corporate Services and Infrastructure.

This role will enhance the execution of the Agile Release Train against plans and objectives, defining Program Increment plans, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and contributing to Release and environment best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance deployment and management phases of the development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate and foster the preparation of release and sprint vision, goals, and work pipelines.
  • Lead and manage project planning, including business requirements, forecasting, budget, planning, and governance.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Expert level knowledge and proficiency with scaled Agile tools and methodologies.
  • Experience of technical release governance.
  • Knowledge on Jira, Confluence, Share Point, Service Now, and Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualifications are highly desirable.
