Project Delivery Lead

The Project Delivery Lead will oversee the execution of capital projects from inception to completion. This entails developing and delivering a range of projects by leveraging expertise in the construction industry.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration with regulatory bodies and utility service providers
  • C Coordinate project design, manage contractors, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely delivery within predetermined limits of cost and quality
  • Cultivate effective relationships with clients and stakeholders using strong interpersonal and communication skills
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or Construction Management
  • Considerable experience in managing multi-disciplinary projects, including financial management, tendering, and contract administration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and negotiate with stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge of construction regulations and standards and proficiency in Microsoft Office
