In this role, you will report to the regional lead and be strategically embedded within the People and Culture team to drive our ambitious agenda. You will provide expert advice, manage programs and change initiatives, and ensure alignment with organisational goals to empower individuals to explore what's possible and deliver their greatest potential.
Key responsibilities include supporting employee network groups, developing impactful initiatives, collaborating with internal teams on communication and transformation projects, and managing external partnerships to maximise learnings and best practices.
