Regional Diversity Equity and Inclusion Manager

This role plays a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace where every employee feels valued and empowered.

The team is dedicated to delivering impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies that align with business goals and create a culture of belonging.

Our organization values diversity of thought and works across businesses to highlight the innovation and creativity it brings to our teams.

While we offer hybrid working arrangements for many roles, this position requires 3 days a week in the advertised office location.

We are open to the role being part-time at 4 days a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice on diversity, equity, and inclusion matters.
  • Manage programs and change initiatives to drive our DEI agenda.
  • Ensure alignment with organizational goals to create an inclusive environment.
  • Support employee network groups.
  • Develop impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on communication, transformation projects, and external partnerships.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and executing enterprise-wide programs and initiatives.
  • Strong ability to empower, engage, and collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including coaching and influencing.
  • Expertise in planning and coordinating strategic projects and strong data collection, analysis, and reporting skills.
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion subject matter expertise or experience.
  • Experience managing and supporting employee network groups and committees.
