Job Overview">

Residential Program Manager.

This role involves overseeing residential facilities operations, maintenance and support services where continuous availability of facility infrastructure is essential and of the highest priority. Key responsibilities include managing planned and reactive maintenance programs of similar scope and complexity, interfacing with stakeholders, ensuring compliance, and maintaining transparency throughout the program.

  • Develop and implement effective plans for managing assets, equipment, and personnel to meet business objectives.">
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of contract requirements by interfacing effectively with contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.">
  • Monitor and control project costs, schedule, quality, and risks to achieve financial and operational performance targets.">
  • Build strong relationships with government agencies, commercial partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service outcomes.">

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field from an accredited institution.">
  • At least five years of experience in Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field, preferably on Government-sponsored projects.">
  • Strong understanding of Host Nation Real Estate regulatory compliance, including real estate trust account management.">
  • Proven track record of successfully managing planned and reactive maintenance programs of similar scope and complexity.">
  • Advanced knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.">
