Senior Manager Claims

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager Claims & Club Assist to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing strategies for managing Club Marine Claims and Club Assist services.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement proactive and compliant claims processes for the management of Pleasure craft claims.
- Establish and implement initiatives to minimize costs while maintaining acceptable internal and external service levels.
- Supervise the selection and performance of external claims service providers.
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved to conclusion for the benefit of customers and the business.
- Lead claims programs that support customer centricity and develop key relationships with customers, intermediaries, and regulators.
- Extensive experience in claims management and leadership.
- Proven ability to foster cross-functional awareness and collaboration.
- Ability to make independent and collaborative decisions.
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and legislative compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
