About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Tenancy Project Coordinator. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to drive project outcomes, manage timelines, and ensure seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess property usage to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  • Manage and optimize solar use on properties, providing education and guidance to tenants.
  • Utilize Civica Tenancy and Asset Management software as a subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to define project goals, develop project plans, and track progress.
  • Coordinate tenancy projects, including renovations, relocations, and expansions.
  • Maintain strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders involved in housing initiatives.
  • E nsure projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Document project activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Proactively address and resolve project challenges and risks.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collect tenant feedback to enhance communication and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in project coordination and delivery is essential.
  • Previous related experience in Social and Affordable Housing is desirable.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including databases, MS Office (Word, Excel), internet, and outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
