Operations Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive professional to support our manufacturing operations teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stocktakes, overseeing the purchase ordering process, managing CHEP accounts, coordinating with the Centralised Purchasing Team, supporting site culture initiatives, delivering comprehensive administrative support to the site team, handling front-of-house duties, ordering stationery, managing site security access cards, updating SOPs, maintaining historical records, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and providing admin support for GMP audits.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum of 2 years Admin experience
  • Knowledge in Excel and Microsoft office products
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately while meeting deadlines
  • Minimum of 1 year experience working with SAP (desirable)
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills
